The FHRI Fund releases funding programs in four cycles, opening in March, July, October and December each year. The Strategic Priority Program - Capacity Building and the Cancer Research Project Grants are co-funded by the FHRI Fund and the Cancer Council WA. The Strategic Priority Program - Capacity Building aims to support cancer researchers and address critical needs through 8 funding streams and the Cancer Research Project Grants aim to support early-stage research projects which may then become more competitive for larger national funding pools.
