FHRI Fund Expert Committees
The FHRI Fund Advisory Council guides investment of FHRI Fund income by recommending programs and initiatives to the Minister for Medical Research and developing the FHRI Fund Strategy and Priorities.
Due to the high-level, strategic nature of the Advisory Council, Expert Committees are formed to provide advice about issues and opportunities, contribute specialist knowledge, and provide advice on FHRI Fund programs and initiatives as required by the Minister, Advisory Council or the Department of Health.
The Advisory Council is responsible for the establishment of each Expert Committee, including its membership.
The FHRI Fund has three expert committees in the fields of Aboriginal Health, Innovation and Research. The members of each committee are listed below:
