Past engagements

On this page you will find information about past opportunities for involvement with the FHRI Fund.

	The Office of Medical Research in conjunction with the University of Western Australia offered a grant writing workshop on 9 March 2023 for allied health, nursing and midwifery researchers to develop skills in applying for research funding. The workshop was held at the University Club of Western Australia and sessions were recorded. The recorded sessions and further information about the workshop can be found here.
	On Monday 15 November 2021, key health and medical research and innovation stakeholders gathered at the WA Museum Boola Bardjip to celebrate the early achievements of the FHRI Fund and to look to the State's future direction for research and innovation. Further information can be viewed here.
	In August and September 2021 the FHRI Fund, supported by the WA Health Translation Network and MTPConnect WA Life Sciences Innovation Hub, conducted a consultation about how to improve the clinical trials environment in Western Australia. Outputs from this consultation can be viewed here.
