Fellows to further preventative health for priority populations
A total of $1.6 million in Fellowships has been awarded to four Western Australian early-to-mid-career researchers.
The 2025 EMCR Fellowships in Preventive Health for Priority Populations are co-funded by the Western Australian Future Health Research and Innovation (FHRI) Fund and The Hospital Research Foundation Group.
The Fellowships provide funding for up to 3-years to support high-calibre Western Australian early-to-mid-career health and medical researchers seeking to improve health outcomes for select priority population(s) in WA through co-design, trialling, and evaluation of innovative preventive health interventions.
Recipients were assessed based on merit by The Hospital Research Foundation Groups’ Grant Selection Advisory Committee.
