Funding for research to improve mental health outcomes in WA
A total of $1.2 million has been awarded to Western Australian researchers through the Translation Fellowships 2021: Mental Health program.
This program provides three-year Fellowships to high performing early- to mid-career researchers to conduct projects that facilitate the translation of research findings into policy and/or practice in the area of Mental Health.
The program is funded by the Future Health Research and Innovation Fund which provides a secure source of funding to drive health and medical research, innovation and commercialisation.
Two Fellowships of up to $600,000 have been awarded as outlined in the table below.
