December Open day to partner with prestigious West Tech Fest
The next Future Health Research and Innovation (FHRI) Fund Open Day is proud to be part of the West Tech Fest – Australia's longest running tech and innovation festival.
Co-hosted by the WA Department of Health’s Office of Medical Research and Innovation (OMRI) in collaboration with the University of Notre Dame Australia’s Fremantle Campus, the Open Day will be held under the theme ‘Health Technology for the Future’.
Join us to hear from FHRI Fund recipients at the forefront of innovative health technologies and representatives of WA’s leading med-tech startups who are making strides towards commercialisation. Also discover new funding opportunities open for applications.
Speakers include prominent identities in the WA health and medical innovation space, including HealthEngine founder and FHRI Fund Advisory Council member Dr Marcus Tan, and CEO and managing director of ANDHealth Bronwyn Le Grice.
Recently awarded FHRI Fund grant recipients will also be announced.
The WA Life Sciences Innovation Hub ‘medical technology marketplace’ will be held before and after formalities, allowing attendees to gain insight into health and medical innovations in development and seek new opportunities for investment and collaboration.
Attendance may be in-person or online. For those unable to attend a recording will be available on the FHRI Fund website.
